  • Year-End Reporting:
    The new XBRL filing requirements will apply to financial reports for the year ending December 31, 2024.
  • Submission Deadline:
    Syndicates must prepare and submit their XBRL-tagged accounts by September 30, 2024. This deadline allows managing agents to utilize the new online portal for submission.

Key Filings Required

  • Syndicate Accounts:
    These must be prepared using the new pro forma template, which includes minimum disclosure requirements and tagged with XBRL for compliance.
  • Schedule 3 Data:
    This data will also need to be submitted in XBRL format.
  • Flash Report:
    Initially collected via an Excel template, this report includes key performance indicators (KPIs) and commentary on movements, which can be submitted in any file format.

Additional Notes

A pilot testing phase is scheduled for August 2024, where managing agents can test the new reporting processes and provide feedback before full implementation.
